Plumbing

If you' re planning on installing a bathroom, you' ll have to consider
quite a few different things.  First, you' ll definitely want to
discuss the matter with a qualified plumber in order to ensure that
your primary drains are below the basement.  In this series we
do not address the installation of a bathroom; however, If you visit
our plumbing pages we can connect you to a prescreen plumber for a free,
no cost, no obligation estimate on your basement bathroom project.
This is a must during the estimating phase so take advantage of it while
you can.

Heating

Here is something that you can' t overlook.  While the basement
tends to be cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, the natural
temperature may not necessarily be comfortable for you. Consider the
type of heating that you' d like to have.
